Rainhill Beer Festival – Good causes
Rainhill Rotary Club’s commitment to ensuring the success of its Annual Beer Festival, for the thousands of real ale enthusiasts who attend, matched by the members’ enthusiasm for distributing the thousands of pounds collected from this and other fund-raising events.

Community Support Fund
One of the Club’s most effective initiatives is the annual Community Support Fund, which ensures that financial support the Beer Festival receives reaches an ever-widening range of local charities and other good causes.
Since the introduction of this initiative, local organisations and individuals have been invited to present their case for a donation of up to £1,000 from funds raised through the annual Beer Festival and Christmas street collections with Santa and his sleigh.
Local charities and organisations should apply in January 2026 for consideration in next years allocation of funds. Application details can be found on the Rainhill Rotary Website
